It is important to us that you can shop safely and with confidence online. When you place an order on the gael8 web site, your credit card details are processed by Pay Pal, an accredited payment service provider. We accept online payment with Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards, as well as Solo, Maestro, Visa Electron and Visa Debit cards. All payments are through Paypal. You may also pay by cheque - see below for our postal address.

You can only see our price list in sterling, but we accept credit card payments from anywhere in the world. You can check out our prices in your local currency, by clicking here. If you prefer not to send your credit card details over the Internet, just phone us directly on +44 (0)1887 829 894. If there is no answer just leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

We do not charge your credit or debit card until we despatch your order.

To keep things as simple as possible, our standard UK delivery is 1st class recorded delivery* which costs £3.60 for orders under £45, £6.00 for orders of £45 or more. Delivery costs are automatically added to your order at checkout.
*You will need to sign for your delivery.

We aim to despatch your order within 5 days of receipt of order. We will let you know of any delays, particularly if we are busy, or if your order is not in stock.

If for some reason receiving your order is a matter of urgent desire, please contact us directly and we will see what we can do. This will probably incur a little more expense but is relative to next day delivery charges at the time of order.

All relevant UK & EU taxes are included in the prices, but for other overseas orders, please contact us directly for delivery costs, as you may need to pay the import duties & custom fees on receipt of your products. You can find out more about your local taxes & duties by contacting your own customs authorities.

We try to keep our stock ticking over, but if for some reason you see the words ‘temporarily out of stock’, don’t panic! You can still order that product and we will send it to you as soon as it becomes available again. Your card will not be charged until the item you have ordered is despatched.  Or if it is easier for you to come back and check the status of the particular item/s another day, then please do.

(Your statutory rights are not affected)

Your happiness is what makes us happy and it is what drives us forward. We believe in our products, but we know that sometimes things might not be quite right. If for some reason you are not happy with your purchases please return them within 14 days of purchase and we will either exchange* them or give you your money back, which ever is your preference.

*All we ask is that you send your purchase back within 14 days of receiving them, making sure that it is unused and still new and shiny. Please note that we cannot accept return of garments without their original tags and packaging.

Returns from outside the UK: as we are a small company we cannot afford to pay for return items (non-sale and sale) from outside of the UK. If you wish to return any garments, and you live outside the UK, please get in touch with us by e-mail, tell us why you are returning the item/s and we will help you as best we can.

For returns within the UK: included with your receipt is a pre-paid returns address sticker. Simply stick this to your return order and pop it in the post to to: gael8, Craigendarroch Cottage, Kenmore Street, Aberfeldy, Perthshire, PH15 2BL, UK.

We recommend that you use a registered postal service to return your item. gael8 will not be held liable for the cost of return or lost parcels. Please also fill out the reason for return which is also included as part of your receipt. This helps us to sort things out as quickly as possible for you.

Regrettably, we cannot provide freepost on returns relevant to sale items or purchases from overseas. This is because we are a small company, and we work with tiny margins to ensure our survival. This may change in the future, but for now you will have to pay for the return postage on sale and overseas items that you want to exchange or return. If you want to exchange a sale item we will not charge you the new postage.

At no time will gael8 disclose any buyers' information to third parties. Cookies are only used on this site to keep track of what is in your basket as you go shopping and select items.

We have taken great care to make sure that all the descriptions of our products on our website are fully correct. However, there may be some slight variations in colour reproductions, and therefore a slight variation in the actual products.
